Light rain and showers occurred during Monday through the southern Delta and into the southeast U.S. Snow showers and light snow developed in the Canadian Prairies Monday. Rain and snow showers were reported through the central and southern Rockies. Mostly dry elsewhere in the key U.S. and Canada crop and livestock areas.
